We want you to absolutely love your Golden Moment Jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1. Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Earrings & Hygiene: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings should be returned in their original, unopened packaging. If the hygiene seal is broken or the item has been worn, we may not be able to accept the return unless the item is defective.

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Sale Items: We accept returns on sale items. If approved, you will be refunded the price paid at the time of purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us at service@goldenmomentjewelry.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
3. Return Process

Email service@goldenmomentjewelry.com to request a return authorization.

Once approved, you will receive a shipping label through email to ship back the item.

Return shipping costs are covered by us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
